RENTAL INFO:

• You are RESERVING the dates of your rental period but all payment and contracts will be done in person at our office.
• You must come pickup the wheelchair at the start of your rental period and drop-off at the end.
• We will be charging your credit card $30 weekly, starting at pickup, until you return the wheelchair or after 14 weeks, in which the wheelchair becomes your property.
  
• Reservation Fee of $15 will be refunded at the time of pickup.
